Winemaking
An excellent spring combined with a great berry set provided a vintage with balanced yields and high quality fruit. The warm summer months followed by a beautiful long ‘Indian summer’ allowed the grapes to be harvested at optimal flavour and maturity.
Only the finest parcels of fruit were selected from premium Coonawarra and Wrattonbully vineyards, enabling our winemakers to craft a wine that reflects this perfect synergistic combination
Cellaring
With careful cellaring, this wine will gracefully age for the next 5-10 years.
