MIKE MALDARI & NATHAN FULTON
Mike, the Winery Operations Manager, looks after everything at Jack Estate. With over 30 years of winemaking experience, he oversees the whole site – from managing staff and equipment to ensuring quality in every part of the process. He’s also the main contact for contract winemaking, bulk wine sales, and storage services. Nathan is the Winemaker and Cellar Manager. He has worked in the wine industry since 2009 and handles the full winemaking process from grape to bottle. He also manages daily operations in the cellar, including staff, equipment, safety, and quality. Together, Mike and Nathan ensure everything at Jack Estate runs smoothly and efficiently.

JESSICA LUCAS & SKYE FLINT
Jess and Skye play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of every wine produced at Jack Estate. While they carry out detailed analysis for wines on-site, they also provide analytical services for other producers across the Coonawarra region. Their work involves strict quality control, accurate record keeping, and regular equipment maintenance to ensure reliable results. With a sharp eye for detail, they handle everything from wine and tank sampling to routine testing, making sure each step meets the highest standards.

MELISSA PLOENGES, KYLIE GARTNER & DANIELLE HANN
Mel has been with the team since 2011 and keeps things running smoothly. She handles finances, admin, and tracks wine from vineyard to bottle. Known for her love of spreadsheets, she’s behind many cost-saving and efficiency projects. Mel brings sharp business skills, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude — all with a touch of humour. Kylie and Dani run the front office, managing calls, emails, and greeting visitors. They pack wine orders with care and bring strong experience in customer service, admin, and sales. Their local knowledge and friendly approach ensure every customer is looked after.

MARK WINTER & ZAC MOLONEY
Mark and Zac keep Jack Estate running smoothly by making sure the winery and equipment are well-maintained. Mark has been with the team since 2011 and leads all site maintenance, from daily repairs to big projects. Zac handles in-house stainless steel work to support the winery’s equipment needs. Thanks to their hard work, the rest of the team can focus on making great wine, knowing the winery is in safe hands.

At Jack Estate, the Cellar Hand Team plays a key role in winemaking. From grape arrival to wine maturation, they handle every step with care-processing fruit, transferring wine, and making precise additions. They work closely with the winemaker and keep the winery and equipment clean and ready. Their hard work and attention to detail help create wines that show the best of Jack Estate.
