At Coonawarra Jack Winery we operate an in-house laboratory throughout the peak and non-peak seasons. Our Laboratory Manager conducts analysis for our needs, our clients and can also perform analysis on any external samples received.
We can perform the following tests:
- Free & Total Sulphur (SO2)
- pH / TA
- Heat Stability
- Cold Stability
- Acetic Acid
- Glucose Fructose
- L-Malic Acid
- Grape Maturity (BE', pH / TA)
