Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, corked or flawed. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement or refund, a return label will be provided. We cannot accept returns of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of damaged, corked or flawed product. All requests for refund or replacement must be made within 7 days of receival.
Once the wine is received back you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges or replacement bottle despatched within 7 days. Please contact the Jack Estate office at ph 08 8736 3130 during business hours for return instructions.
